IBR refers to the Indian Boiler Regulations. Boiler-service pipe and fittings require project-specific inspection, certification and approval. A grade designation alone is not an IBR certificate.
Send the boiler drawing, design pressure/temperature, dimensional and material standards, required IBR forms, inspection authority and delivery schedule. We will confirm whether the required supply and documentation can be arranged before quoting.
Items to specify
- IBR pipes: outside diameter, wall thickness, length, grade and material standard.
- IBR fittings: elbows, tees, reducers or caps, with matching pipe dimensions and pressure duty.
- Documentation: approved inspection records, material traceability and test certificates as required by the project.

State the grade and material standard, precise dimensions and tolerances, surface finish, quantity, certificate and delivery destination. Size range and stock are confirmed against the current enquiry; no fixed inventory is implied. For safety-critical, pressure or corrosive service, include the design code and inspection requirements so the right item can be checked.
